Non-downloadable content (text, images, graphics, etc) on www.d-orbitalgames.org may not be copied and use in any form for commercial use without the written consent from d-Orbital Games.

When you purchase something from the d-Orbital Games store, as part of the buying and selling process, d-Orbital Games and Stripe or PayPal collects the personal information you give such as your name, address, and email address. d-Orbital Games do not and will not distribute your personal information to any agencies. Your information will be stored and secured in the d-Orbital Games' Wix.com account behind Wix.com's firewall. Please read the privacy policy for Stripe (if using credit/debit card to pay) or PayPal to fully familiarize yourself with their practices. When you browse the d-Orbital Games store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system via google analytics.
